since it has no destination shipping address to

On the web Xcart
order page, select "check out" button
when ready, and proceed following the provide
instructions until the order has been placed |

Print out a copy
of the online invoice and verify totals,
and items ordered, and contact XBMC immediately
should anything be amiss (see below) |

Note: Some times
the system can be not as responsive as we'd all
like it to be during high volume times (system
upgrade coming soon), so please be patient and
wait for the ordering system to do its thing.

Cancellation/Adjustments on orders not yet shipped
An attempt to process order adjustments
& cancel orders, that have not been shipped to/from
Xbox-modchips.com, can be made by opening a support
ticket to the Cancellations department at

MAKE THE REQUEST RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!
Please provide as much detail as possible
on your order so that XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM doesn't have
to reply back for more information (and therefore
missing the window of opportunity to adjust/cancel
the order). Include order number, details of
your order, what you want done, etc.
Note: Please be aware that although
XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM makes every attempt to process adjustment/cancellation
requests in a timely matter, sometime they cannot
be processed before the product have been shipped,
nor will they be processed should the product of shipped
Warranty on products
AGAIN WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DEEMED DEFECTIVE BY OUR
SUPPORT STAFF, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns are only accept on goods for
exchange that are first deemed DEFECTIVE by our
RETURNS / RMA STAFF, and only within the warranty
period
When contacting XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM
about an RMA, please make sure to contact the proper
department, as there will be delays and possibly
no response if the incorrect department is used (contact
support here
).
NOTE If you already have
a support ticket open and the staff helping you
is in agreement, then the support person will assign
that ticket to the RMA department (please don't open
up multiple tickets on the same issue unless its really
required, as this can slow down the whole RMA process)

ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST TO US. IF THE
PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE, YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR
RETURN SHIPPING COST BACK TO YOU!
If you are returning a defective
product (as confirmed by XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM's support
staff) , then please make sure to package it properly.
XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM also highly recommends
that you use a delivery system which has package tracking
and receipt confirmation and will not be held responsible
for items lost in the mail.
In addition, The product should be
packaged in the same sort of packaging that the
product was initially delivered in. If you
have access to bubble then use BUBBLE WRAP,
AND LOTS OF IT!. If your defective
chip arrives damaged due to poor packaging on
your part, XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM WILL NOT REFUND YOU!
It is surprising how many people stick
a delicate products (such as electronic chips) in
a simple paper envelope and ship it off to us.
*** FOR GOODNESS SAKES PLEASE
PACKAGE YOUR CHIPS SECURELY!! ** so that when
the chip arrives at our RETURN department, it's
not in a million pieces (and therefore without warranty)
Premodded Systems and most modchips
are under warranty through XBOX-MODCHIPS.COM for 1
FULL YEAR, this warranty only covers the modchip and
the installation work.
