  Taking apart your xbox  
 

NOTE: Opening the lid of the xbox will void any waranty currently on it.
Even removing the stickers may result in a void.

Remove the 6 screws from the base using the Torx 20 screw driver.
You will need to either make a hole in the stickers or peal them up to remove the two hidden screws.

With one hand hold the top of the case and turn it over.
The case can now be lifted open to reveal the Hard Drive and DVD Rom.

 
Using a Torx 10 screw driver you can now remove
the three screws from inside of the xbox.

Screws 1+2 hold the front part of the DVD Rom to the
case.
Screw 3 holds the inside housing to the case.
